[Troop-42 Adults] Troop Business - Parents please read

I have a few thing to pass along, so please bear with me...

- Troop gear: we have to find a location to store our equipment NLT
Jan 17th.  On that night we will be moving all our troop equipment to
its new location.  You will see a general call to the church for
support on storage, but I'd like to look internally first.  A rough
guess of space required is 6x9x4 feet.

- Meeting night: currently there are no conflicts reported with moving
the meeting to Sunday (time TBD).  Please let me know ASAP if that
won't work for you.  Some of the kids may have heartburn because of
youth group.  I'd like to know that too.

- Summer Camp: Believe it or not, we need to start collecting money
for summer camp and our rechartering.  The total cost for summer camp
will be $240 (split payment between Feb and Mar).  For recharter it
will be $26 for the first scout and $13 for each additional scout per
family ($26 if they want their own copies of Boy's Life).  Remember to
pay registration even if you plan to move in the near future so you
only need to pay the $1 transfer fee when you get there.

- Campout 18-20 Jan: Please have the boys invite a freind.  Let me
know so I can provide liability waivers.

- Parents meeting: keep an eye on the bulletins, parents meeting is
looming soon.
