Greetings Scouts and Scout Leaders!

     I know calendars are filling up, so Check out what you're doing on the 15th of September, because all Boy Scouts, & Girl Scouts are invited to the Badge Day during the Hartwood Days festival.  The website has more details.

     The event is sponsored by VC 1717, and they will be getting subject matter experts and merit badge counselors to offer the instruction.  So far the BS MB's offered will be:

Plumbing,  Truck Transportation,   Indian Lore,   Fingerprinting

  We're still working on a few Boy Scout Merit Badges that are not yet listed, and still working on getting more Brownie Try-its and Junior badges offered.  So make sure that you check back every few days to see which new ones are being offered!

  On line Registration is available NOW through the website at www.thecrew.rulestheweb.com .  Directions from YOUR HOUSE or troop meeting place to the event are also available on the site (through the mapquest insert).

     Hope to see you out at Hartwood Days, bring the whole troop and have a Fun day at the events, whether you take a Badge class or not!
