FYI!!

Aquia District Scouters and Parents:  Do you have Scouts (Cub Scouts,
Boy Scouts, or Venturers) in your Scouting unit with behavior disorders?
Sure, we all do.  But not all of us are trained health professional that
understand the disorders and how to effectively work with Scouts with
behavior disorders to help them be successful in a Scouting environment.


This seminar is for Scout leaders and parents to help you gain insight
into various behavior disorders, and learn effective techniques to help
them thrive in a Scouting environment.  The seminar is presented by
Linda Van Putte, MA, MSW who works with parents and their children with
behavior disorders.

The seminar will take place on Thurs, March 22nd, 7:30 pm, at Ebenezer
United Methodist Church, 161 Embrey Mill Road, Stafford.  Please park in
the rear parking lot and enter the new Ministry Center.  The seminar
will be held in Room 101.
