1:00 – 3:30 PM   Cub Scout Leader Specific Training for Tiger Den Leader, 
                  Cub Scout Den Leader, Webelos Den Leader, and All 
                  Assistant Den Leaders, Cubmaster and Pack Committee, and
                                                Troop Committee Challenge
Cost: The registration fee is $5 for either morning or afternoon, and $10
for the whole day. Youth Protection Training is free.

Scoutmaster Position Specific Training (BSLST) -- March 10
Join us for a day of learning and sharing - focusing on the tasks that SM and ASM's deal with routinely. This is the second of three required training sessions for the Trained strip for SM or ASMs (the other sessions being New Leaders Essential and Outdoor Leader Skills). Come join us and help your troop and SM by becoming trained. The training runs from 8:00 AM to 4:30PM (doors open at 7:30, registration at 8:00).  The only prerequisite is the New Leaders Essentials training taught the week before (described above). The training location is the Springfield United Methodist Church, 7047 Old Keene Mill Road, Springfield. The cost is $3.00 and we ask that you pre-register with Dennis Wokeck, Course Scribe by email at  dwokeck at cox.net, If you have questions call Kurt Langenwalter 703-690-4238 or email langekl at earthlink.net.  There will also be a *Book Store* during this course and you may purchase scout books and materials during breaks.
