[Adults] Ski Trip

All,

   Tonight's meeting will be very important.  As it stands now, we have made several attempts to talk with the management and staff at Timberline.  They insist the slopes are open, and we will not receive a refund, nor can we reschedule.  The general consensus amoung the boys is that they want to go.  I know some folks have already dropped out.  Connor and I will  probably not attend.  Each of you should evaluate your own son's equipment (can they stay in the cold and rain for 3 days and 2 nights without becoming saturated?), ability to self entertain appropriately (worst case, will they burn down the lodge), etc...  All the money that has been put in so far belongs to the parents.  We can substitute names if others want to go, but otherwise we can't get it back.  It also might not rain... It's weather after all.
    To add to the complexity, we have an alternate opportunity to go to Camp Highroad (camping/hiking) instead.  There would be a cost to this also (about $20 each).  Of course it could rain there too.  You don't have to let me know now, but please come tonight prepared to tell us your decision as a family on what you plan to do.
