[Adults] Ski Trip Part 2

Here is another thought, if we did not go on the ski trip. We would probably
still have to pay for the other half of the ski trip that we still owe on.

Chris, Ron and John:

Checking with the weather report. Yes Chris is right it is supposed to rain
this weekend in Timberline. I check the weather report for Camp Highroad at
it too has rain in the forecast. My suggestion is that we stick with the ski
trip. For a few reasons. First we have all ready paid a deposit (1/2 of the
total trip) and it is a good possibility we will not get a refund. Secondly
we can't change our reservations. Lastly, I think the scout troop would be
much more happier staying in cabins in the rain as opposed to tents. Based
on what happen at our last campout. Any comments...........

Tim

Tim and John,

Please consider this as an alternative activity. Let me know what you
decide.

Chris

Mr. Buchanan~
I was given your name and scheduling dilemma for the upcoming weekend by
Joshua Johns. I work out at Camp Highroad and we would be more than happy to
offer your troop a tent camping sight for this weekend. Locust Grove is
available for the entire weekend and has plenty of space for tents, 3 camp
fire rings, several picnic tables, running water, and near by latrines. The
charge for tent camping there is $6.00 per person per night. If you are
interested please let me know so we can go ahead and put together a contract
for your troop for this weekend.
