Subject: TroopMaster DotNet Server will be moving... (Customer #56813)
Dear DotNet customer,
As many of you already know, we recently had a problem with our FTP server which prevented access to your data when using DotNet. It took quite a bit longer than we ever expected a minor problem like this to take, and you were kind and patient while we worked it out.

DOTNET SERVER MOVING TO NEW LOCATION
------------------------------------
Due to the problems with our current server, we will be moving the server to a new provider that assures very limited down time in events such as the one that occured here at Troopmaster this month. In planning for this change, we have a very important program update on our website that all of DotNet users will need to download/install. If your version is older than the version listed below, please download this update prior to December 11th to ensure your DotNet will continue to function properly. This update will continue to work with the existing site as well as the new site when the server changes over so you do not need to wait to install the update.
TroopMaster 2005 - Version 3.03b
TroopMaster ME - Version 2.03
PackMaster 2006 - Version 3.01
PackMaster ME - Version 2.03
Automated District Management System - Version 1.01b
We will be taking the old server offline on Monday, December 11th at 9:00AM EST so that we can transfer everything over to the new server, including your existing unit data files. We expect the transfer to take serveral hours and will keep you updated at http://www.troopmaster.com<http://www.troopmaster.com/>. We do ask that you plan ahead on this and not use your DotNet that day.
------------------------------------
We do appologize for any inconvenience this may bring you, but we are hoping that the advanced notice and the short time that it will take to make the change will be better for everyone in the future. Again, thank you for your patience in this situation.
NOTE: If you experience any difficulty logging into your DotNet after installing the update for your program, you may need to adjust your firewall settings. Many firewalls may detect the program change with the new version and block your internet access even if the program was previously listed as an exception. In this case, you will need to re-add the new version to the list of exceptions in your firewall to allow access to the FTP site.
