[Adults] Board of Review info for Boys and Committee members

All,

    I have attached a handy guide on how to conduct a board of review.  Committee members should review it before the BOR on Thursday.  Parents may want to print out the page that applies to your sons rank as well as the "Things All Scouts Should Know" page and give it to them to use as a study aid.
