[Adults] Summer Camp

All,

	I think I have talked to all of you about our summer camp issue.
To recap, Ron can't go, and I have knee surgery on the 10th.  There are
3 possibilities at this point.

1.)  We find another adult to go as scheduled on the 9th.  
	- This is the easiest solution for all involved, but nobody has
stepped forward yet.

2.)  We work with the camp director to have our boys integrate with
another troop to meet the "2-deep" leadership requirement.
	- This is not a sure thing because it is up to the camp
director.  I have met the director, and I'm sure he will work with us if
possible.
	- We will still need people to take the boys and pick them up.
	- There is no guarantee that the other troop will have the same
focus, but the boys will be surrounded the whole week by people from all
walks.
	- It would be an opportunity for the boys to experience a
different troop while still under the supervision of our own Tim Ames.

3.)  We reschedule camp for one of the following times:
	a.) 16-22 July
	b.) 23-29 July
	c.) 30 July - 5 August
	d.) 6-12 August
	- There is no guarantee that Tim or I will be able to get time
off for any of these dates.

Please come to the meeting on Thursday prepared to discuss these options
and make a decision.  Keep in mind that there will be a board of review
going at the same time, so there is a real possibility that things could
go late if we are not prepared.  I'm sorry things are so fluid, and
thank you all for your patience.
